    That’s what I look for whenever I buy a pair of shoes. Gone are the years where I torment my feet by wearing shoes that leave me with blisters, or that pull off as soon as I walk through the door.     Now, throw a toddler on top of that and it just amplifies the hardest parts. Forget about a good night sleep, forget about laying in bed all day if you are sick, and forget about being able to rest when your legs and body are begging you to.     Why we Can’t Ignore the Mess in our Lives


    It feels like it has been forever since I have sat down to write. And that’s because it has been. I haven’t written consistently for about 4 months. 4 whole months that just slipped by. I told myself that I would give myself a week off, and then that turned into a month, and now here we are.
